The Book Garden -

Great!! locally owned and operated book, comic, game store. They really have an excellent smattering of curious used books, engaging new titles, a whole swath of comics and graphic novels and the freshest table top games. And the staff is super knowledgeable and always friendly, 🐾🐕 friendly too. I do wish they had more room to serve tea and let you play games, I would take friends old and new here more; typically I just graze the 'out of my budget' board games and leave empty handed. Totally worth checking out though.

We stopped by here accidentally whilst in Montpelier…it’s like a treasure trove of amazing books and games! Whilst we didn’t buy anything we were amazed at the sheer selection of games …fabulous!

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable about the board games we were looking into and the guy who helped us was very friendly. Will definitely be coming here again for board games, books and magic cards! They apparently are also going to be doing monthly board game nights which sounds great! Highly recommend.
